I am a 17-year old artist and have been drawing ever since I could pick up a pencil. I started out with lead pencils, then upgraded to graphite, and realized I needed darker tones, so I practiced with Charcoal. I have used pastels and have done digital artwork, but I am most comfortable with plain ol' charcoal. I advanced through practice, but also through reading books that taught the art of drawing realistic faces. I hope my drawings make people think of God, and hope to honor His Mother and the Saints by drawing them.
